¿Cómo no van a terminar dominando el mundo si son capaces de levantar un rascacielos en un par de semanas?

Un edificio de 30 pisos de altura construido en 360 horas. Es lo que ha sucedido en la provincia china de Hunan y que hemos podido conocer gracias a un asombroso vídeo en time-lapse enviado por un lector de Gizmodo llamad Xian Min Zhang. Podéis ver el documento gráfico a continuación.

Está pasando ahora mismo en China.

Te vas de vacaciones un par de semanas y cuando vuelves a tu casa la preciosa vista que tenías desde tu ventana se ha cambiado por un rascacielos de 30 plantas que apenas te deja ver la luz del sol.

Es la prisa que se dan para construir en algunas regiones de ese gran país que está experimentando un crecimiento inaudito, como el caso de este edificio que alberga unos 55.000 metros cuadrados y que de la nada hasta la planta 30 ha necesitado únicamente 15 días.

Aquí está el espectacular vídeo de esta ultraveloz construcción.

La compañía que lo ha levantado, Broad Group, está especializada en arquitectura sostenible y emplea módulos prefabricados que se sujetan sobre una estructura de acero. La construcción es tan resistente que podría soportar un terremoto de intensidad 9 (en el vídeo aparece un test en el minuto 1:49), con lo que quintuplica la resistencia a seismos de los edificios convencionales.

También se ha puesto especial interés en la eficiencia energética con un muro de cristal de 15 cms de grosor que proporciona aislamiento así como ventanas cuya construcción proporciona sombra a la fachada y un sistema de recuperación de calor y filtración del aire que lo purifica hasta convertirlo en 20 veces más limpio que el del exterior.

El anterior record de construcción ultraveloz lo tenía un edificio de 16 plantas que se levantó en sólo 6 días, como ya os contamos en Gizmodo hace un par de años.
